Mr. Vidya Bhushan Pandey is Promotor Director and Founder member of Company. He possesses degree in Civil Engineering and done MBA. He is having overall 25 years of experience including 7 Years in abroad, in various fields of Construction in various sectors like Hydro Power plant, Metro Rail, Pre-stressed Segmental Bridge, Foundation & Geo-Technical and Port & Jetty. He also leads a Mumbai based Company, pioneer in Port & Marine Construction.

In past, he was associated with various other reputed conglomerates like Jaiprakash Associates, Afcons Infrastructure Ltd., Sharaf Group - Dubai, Al Ghurair Group - Dubai and served in senior management role. He was associated with various prestigious projects like Baglihar Hydro Project (J&K-India), Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (India), Dubai Metro Rail (Dubai), Palm Jumeirah (Dubai) & various Port Authorities in India.

With an entrepreneurial mindset and foresight, he possesses Strong network and extensive experience in dealing with Government Agencies & Financial Institutions with proficiency in Project Conceptualization, Market study, Financial Feasibility, Tendering & Technical Study, Bid Process Management, Liaison & Project Implementation & Contract Management.
Mr. Maheshkumar Kukalyekar is Promoter Director and Founder at Vidson Construction Pvt Ltd. He is a qualified Civil Engineer and has completed his Bachelor’s degree from Walchand College of Engg. Sangli and Master’s Degree (M. Tech.) from Indian Institute of Technology Banaras Hindu University (IIT BHU) with Specialization in Geotechnical Engineering.

He is having an overall experience of 20+ Years including 7 years in Dubai. He is having latest technical knowledge in the field of Foundation Engineering and Marine Structures like Ports, Harbours and Jetties. He has expertise in various fields like Design & Execution of Marine Structures, Foundation Analysis and Design, Ground Investigation and Ground Improvement Techniques, Analysis, Design & Execution of Shoring Piling works and Geosynthetics to name a few.
